Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and ‘Add to Basket’. After you have finished your selection, click on "Cashier" and you will be directed to PayPal where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. However, as all items are made to order, all orders have a minimum of 5-10 working days for delivery. However we will endeavor to reduce this timescale where possible.

We accept credit and debit card payment through PayPal UK. If you are shopping from Europe or North America or other places outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. We also accept payment by cheque. We have to allow 5 working days for a cheque to clear and must therefore allow a minimum of 10 working days for delivery from receipt of order.

Our Standard Delivery charges to mainland UK addresses is £2.50 for orders under £12.50, £3.00 on orders between £12.50 and £30, £3.50 on orders between £30 and £40, £4.00 on orders between £40 and £50 and FREE on all orders over £50. Please note that destinations outside the UK will incur an additional surcharge on certain parcels - you will be informed of this before dispatch. We can deliver to anywhere in the world and will find the most appropriate and economical means of dispatch for your order - please contact us as above.

Your order will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days. If your order is urgent, or you have an important deadline such as a holiday or birthday, please let us know when you place your order.

A signature will often be required on delivery, depending on the dispatch method and value of the order. If you are not at home when we try to deliver, the driver will leave a card so that you can arrange a convenient time for redelivery. Alternatively, you can choose to have the delivery sent to a different address e.g. your work place.

The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of goods.

If your order has already been dispatched, you must repackage all of the relevant items and return them to CUTTURE. Please ensure that you send them recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable if items are lost whilst in transit. We may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after we receive your notification.

CUTTURE is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We aim to safeguard the privacy of our users while providing the highest quality of service.

Our systems collect address and buying information at the point of order so that we may process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent, and we will always give you the option to receive no further information from us.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and United Kingdom law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We occasionally make names available to other companies who may also have products that would be of interest. If you would prefer us not to do this, or have any requests regarding your personal information or any queries with regard to the above-mentioned practices, please contact us on studio@cutture.com

If you click on a link in an email from us, we may set a cookie on your browser. If you visit our website as a result of clicking on a link, we are thus able to understand how you interact with the pages of our website through the combination of the cookie and pixels set on the pages of our website. This enables us to understand what interested you in our emails and what did not, and what interests you about our website and what does not. We can then try to send you more interesting information in the future. Please note that this information is for our use only - we do not disclose or share this information with any third parties. If you do not wish this to happen, you can change the cookie settings in your browser.

Please note that if you click on a link in our email that takes you to another site - for example the site of someone advertising in our emails, you will need to read their privacy policy in order to understand whether and how they process data about your visit to their site.
